What can I do if this error occurs?

  1. Start a new login by reopening the application you want to use.
  2. Make sure that you do not use any links or bookmarks that point directly to the CH-LOGIN (URL with chlogin.zd.eiam.admin.ch).

There could be a few reasons why you are seeing this screen:

  1. The maximum login duration has expired.
  2. You tried to access a Link (URL) which cannot be accessed directly.
